Responsibilities:
Efficiently plan, allocate and deploy service works to Service Engineers Manage operational and administration tasks to support the service team, such as order management, closing service agreements, raise purchase requisitions, report management, and other functions. Drive visibility, utilization and productivity with workforce planning Respond to service calls in the absence of service engineers. Ensure service engineers are fully equipped to work at customer sites (passes/permits) Adhoc duties as assigned by the Service ManagerRequirements:
Relevant experience in service operational environment Competent in planning and organising work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines Collaborative and team orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work with own initiative and independently to meet expectations
