Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented intern to support service process innovation and improvement initiatives. The intern will assist in analyzing current processes, identifying areas for optimization and supporting the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance customers' experience, operational efficiency and service quality. You will be working together with the Project Manager to support service projects from feasibility studies, development, go-live and follow-up.Role and Responsibilities
Ensuring constant communication with Headquarters and external vendors;Supporting the validation process of offered solutions;Assisting Headquarters and external vendors during the project stages for the development of service systems;Contributing in the the daily maintenance of service systems (corporate and/or local) and data extraction;Providing advice to authorized service partners and to the service centers in order to optimize their local management solutions;Providing guidelines related to cyber security;What we need for this role
In order to be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Management, Computer Science, innovation or related field;
Knowledge of SQL, MySQL;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Fuent in Italian, both written and spoken;
Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills
