Service Process Innovation & Systems Support (INTERNSHIP)

Position Summary

We are looking for an Intern to join our Service Process Innovation & Systems Support team. In this role, you will work together the project managers to support service projects from the feasibility studies, development, go-live and follow-up.

Role and Responsibilities

Constant communication with the headquarters and external vendorsValidating the offered solutionsProviding support to the headquarters and to the external vendors during the project stages for the development of service systemsSupporting the daily maintenance of service systems (corporate and/or local) and data extractionProviding advice to authorized service partnersOffering advice to the service centers to optimize their local management solutionsProviding courses and guidelines related to cyber security

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree levelKnowledge of SQL, MySQLExperience with Microsoft OfficeFluent in Italian, both written and spokenFluent in English, both written and spoken
