**Your Future Role**
**Service Product Manager – Spare Parts & Life Cycle Evaluation (LCE):**
At Innomotics Customer Service Product Cluster Management, we are seeking a proactive and results driven Service Product Manager to lead and develop the Spare Parts & Life Cycle Evaluation (LCE) services. This role is key in optimizing asset performance, extending equipment lifecycle, and improving operational efficiency for our customers.
This role will connect technical expertise with customer centric strategies, demonstrating insights from customer needs, industry trends, and objectives to make Spare Parts and LCE a key value driver for our installed base. This is not just about running a portfolio, it’s about leading change, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring balanced long-term impact.
This position can be remote anywhere in the US, but ideal candidate would be based in Alpharetta, GA, New Kensington, PA or Norwood, OH.
**Key Responsibilities** :
+ **Define and Complete Strategy** – Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for Spare Parts & LCE, aligning with customer demands, market dynamics, and business goals.
+ **Improve Customer Value** – Drive initiatives to ensure availability, reliability, and lifecycle optimization of critical portfolio and evaluation services.
+ **Product Development & Innovation** – Identify gaps and opportunities in the current portfolio, leading new service models, digital enablers, and process optimizations to strengthen portfolio offerings.
+ **Market & Competitive Intelligence** – Conduct market research, data analysis, and customer engagement to refine and evolve portfolio strategies.
+ **Teamwork & Influence** – Work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, service operations, and supply chain teams to ensure a customer-centric and commercially viable approach.
+ **Sales Enablement & Business Growth** – Equip sales teams with tools, insights, and value propositions to optimally position and expand the business.
+ **Performance Measurement** – Define and lead all aspects of KPIs to ensure adoption, profitability, and customer engagement across business services.
**Your Profile**
**Profile & Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
+ 5+ years of experience in product management, customer service, aftermarket services, or lifecycle management in an industrial or technical environment.
+ Experience with Spare Parts management, asset lifecycle strategies, or reliability engineering is helpful.
+ Strategic mentality with the ability to connect technical, business, and operational elements.
+ Strong analytical abilities, with experience in market research, data-driven decision-making, and case development.
+ Hands-on approach – ability to implement and deliver results, not just define strategies.
+ Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with sales, engineering, supply chain, and marketing.
+ Excellent communication and collaborator leadership skills, able to influence and drive alignment.
+ Familiarity with digital solutions, service automation, and AI-driven forecasting is a plus.
The pay range for this position is $79,900 - $137,100. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
