Service Program Manager NYC
**Job Description Summary** The Service Program Manager role for New York City has broad lines of responsibility to the Teams that represent GE Healthcare to our customers. A communication pivot across all activities providing the necessary support on pre- and post-contractual administration & management, Terms & Conditions of the contract and the Management of claims. Involves definition, management, and execution of risk modeling activities in support of the contract or project. An SPM directly impacts the overall team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives and communicating progress. **Job Description** **Responsibilities** + Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts. + Provide both service agreement, and time and material program management. + Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals. + Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts from service delivery through invoicing & collections. + Interact with members of the customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service and/or other teams. + Function as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts. + Requires specialized knowledge within the function. Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation. + Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work. + Lead the Preparation & Delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's) for NYP and their included affiliates. + Reporting and Analytics beyond the QBR may be additionally required on short notice. Will require engaging others in the customer requested output. + As an integral member of the Service Delivery Team, escalation support may require engagement outside of normal business hours. + Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. + Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision. + May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree with 5 years operational or analysis experience in the technical, healthcare or business environment or equivalent (defined as High School Diploma/GED and 8 years progressive experience in operational analysis, technical, healthcare or business environment.) + Experience with leading cross functional teams to achieve business goals. + Strong business acumen, including a strong financial background. + Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate with employee and customers at all levels Profit & Loss (P&L) exposure. + Exceptional interpersonal skills + Exceptional skills as a change agent and process-oriented individual + Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise. + Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives. + Must live in the NYC area or have direct access to NYC via car or transit. **Desired Characteristics** + Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. + Current Service Delivery \#LI-GM1 For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $107,520.00-$161,280.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
