Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure quality and on-time delivery of purchased products as well as compliance with costs and contractual conditions
Collaborate with Regional Commodity Leaders to ensure that suppliers are aligned with the needs of the Service business in terms of cost, quality and deadlines.
Manage and maintain your supplier panel
Understand customer expectations and provide the quotation request to suppliers, ensure supplier negotiation, place the purchase request and follow up until delivery
Coordinate with the supplier quality manager to ensure that inspections and documentation are done on time.
Interact with the Material Planner to ensure that purchase requests and shipments are made according to the set schedule.
Ensure data quality in the ERP
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in position or coordination of Sourcing / Procurement/ Supply Chain in project related context or in Project Management
Language: Fluent in English & German
Skills: Ability to work in cross-functional and global team environments
Desired Qualifications:
Hydraulic knowledge is a plus
Supplier selection & relationship management
Preparing and leading negotiation with suppliers
Understanding products and using technical knowledge & skills
Contract Management & Legal Awareness
Total cost management
