Service Project Supervisor (USPS/Gordian)

Our Service team is seeking a Billing Coordinator to provide white glove service to our customers and support our service technician team. Organization Structure and Interfaces:

Reports to: Service Operations Manager

Primary Interfaces: Customers, Polk Service Technicians & Service Plumbing/HVAC Managers  

 

Environment:

Multi-location: office based position with support of a large distributed workforce Pace: constant changing targets and quick turnaround is essential due to shifting priorities, changing client needs and project specifications Demographic diversity: workforce enjoys a wide range of diversification associated with ethnicity, culture, position qualifications, socio-economic background, geographical differences, white & blue collar, etc.

 

Success Factors:

Front Line Communicator: You will be the face of our service department, generating service calls and communicating by email with customers, vendors and service technicians. Working closely with the service managers to manage the billing for all service projects and overseeing the purchase management process to ensure a streamlined execution of purchase orders. Customer Service & Team Dynamic: You will be a part of a fast-growing dynamic group of people and must have a positive customer focused attitude. A collaborative mindset and performance focused positive attitude will be essential to success on our team. Following up with customers promptly while maintaining quality customer service is essential. Fast Paced Team Player: Ideal candidate can handle the wear and tear of a fast paced environment, and will wear multiple hats at once while still remaining successful. Must be able to think creatively, and change direction as needed to meet goals. You will have the ability to prioritize different projects and customer needs while communicating effectively, remaining organized and detail focused.
