Service Provider Management Specialist (Vendor Management)
Job Summary:

As a Service Provider Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding and managing our network of service providers across various sectors, including Roadside Assistance, Home Assistance, and Appliance Protection. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive on getting out of the office, negotiating with partners, and exploring new territories to drive business growth. You will work closely with technicians, vendors, service providers, and suppliers, ensuring top-notch service delivery and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

  Key Responsibilities: Service Provider Recruitment & Management: Actively identify, recruit, and onboard new service providers. Ensure they meet the company’s standards and are aligned with our service goals. Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, technicians, and suppliers. Negotiate agreements and ensure mutual success. Field Operations & Support: Get hands-on by visiting service locations, resolving issues, and ensuring that service delivery meets the highest standards. Network Expansion: Explore new territories to expand our service provider network and enhance our coverage in key areas. Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the performance of service providers, offering training and support to help them excel. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on service performance, cost efficiency, and provider effectiveness. Use data to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 2-3 years of experience in service provider management, network services, or similar roles. Strong negotiation, organizational, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly in dealing with hands-on professionals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to evaluate and manage service providers effectively and adapt to changing priorities. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Willingness to travel and spend time in the field to meet with partners and explore new opportunities.
