Job Description

Engage in the procurement of quality service providers, both logistics and non-logistics. Conduct annual pricing RFP's as well as securing spot quotes as needed. Manage all aspects of Expeditors relationship with the district service providers. Insuring compliance with required KPI's, achieving optimum value, and provide exceptional customer service. 

 

QualificationsEffective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results. Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word etc.).Ability to create/write and articulate business plans. Demonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skills.Self-reflecting and open to feedbackInitiative and ability to work in autonomyRole model of integrity and pride for all employeesHigh school degree or equivalent business qualificationsMinimum four years Expeditors/industry experienceHas experience with negotiating pricing programs with transportation providers
