To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** + Take the role of Service (Spare) Parts (especially on high value parts like Mother Board and LCD) Quality Management of PC Products – KPI like DOA (Dead Of Arrival) & RRR (Repeat Return Rate) control + Create and Use the digitalized Quality Database & Dashboard to do the biz analysis and guide the correct direction to drive improvement + E2E Improvement including Front End (GEO Service Delivery as of Service Provider or Service Center), and Backend (ODM/OEM, Parts Repair Vendor, OMB Vendor, etc.,) + Product Quality management in WW Services: to Mitigate the impact of key quality issue to services, especially on SSC – Early Alert, Preliminary Root Cause Analysis, Solution, Deployment, and Cost Recovery/Free Buffer + Service Parts RA (Repair Action Rate) Analysis and Alert **Additional Locations** : * China - Jiangsu - 苏州(Suzhou) * China * China - Jiangsu * China - Jiangsu - 苏州(Suzhou)
