We are looking for a talented Service Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. This role will be responsible for provisioning, maintaining, and scaling our Core Operations production infrastructure and platform services across multiple data centers globally. Will contribute to the architecture with a focus on automation, scalability, service reliability, capacity, performance, and observability. **Qualifications:** + Good understanding of operational procedures and appreciation of requirements for running live systems. + Proven experience in production operations with recent experience installing, configuring, and deploying Linux based operating systems + Experience in the relevant technologies (Centos 7, SELinux) in a large-production environment. + Demonstrate knowledge of CI/CD process and framework to build/update base OS images. + Comfortable with common infrastructure tools (Puppet, Terraform, LDAP, Sensu, Splunk, Artifactory, Git, Jenkins, etc.). + Experience with monitoring and alerting systems. + Ability to automate solutions for complex and repetitive problems and are passionate about solving hard problems using data-driven solutions. + Demonstrable adaptability and flexibility in learning about new systems and technologies. + Self-motivation skills and ability to work independently, within and across teams. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Familiar participating in on-call rotation. **Responsibilities:** + Partner with the Global Operations and product engineering teams to design and deliver Core services and platforms that are secure, scalable, efficiently automated, and reliably performant. + Working with Core services and platforms that include: Sensu, Splunk, DNS, LDAP, Storage, and SSL Certificate Management. In both on-premises and cloud-based environments. + Write automation code for provisioning and operating the Core services and platforms. + Work with development and QA on building pipelines and automation for delivering and deploying production applications to our infrastructure. + Work with common infrastructure tools (Puppet, Terraform, LDAP, Sensu, Splunk, Artifactory, Git, Jenkins, etc.) + Apply additional cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, OpenStack, Kubernetes/Docker, etc.) and collaborate with various business units as we build and scale our hybrid public / private cloud environment. + Contribute in continuous security patching and hardening processes. + Act like an owner and strive to do work you're proud of, both technically and in your team interactions. + Inspire other people to work with you, and you enjoy mentoring and coaching more junior engineers. + Take an Ops-centric approach to everything you build, ensuring availability, performance, and security are core components. + Take a pragmatic and engaging approach to problem solving and finding solutions. + Participate in on-call rotations. \#ConcentrixCatalyst Location: MEX Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: **If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents (https://www.concentrix.com/resource/job-applicant-privacy-notice-for-california-residents/)**
