Your role and responsibilities• Independent diagnosis and assessment of high-quality automation products• Performing workshop tasks such as maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and assembly• Reviewing bills of materials and other documents to identify the required parts and ensuring the availability of all materials, parts, and equipment• Communicating with customers to clarify causes of failures and possible improvement measures• Preparing reports and documenting the work performed• Identifying areas for improvement and developing potential solutions
Qualifications for the roleCompleted technical education (e.g., HTL)Solid knowledge of electronics (passive and active components, digital technology, and measurement technology)Interest in B&R hardwareExcellent German and English skillsGood knowledge of MS OfficeIndependent and responsible working styleTeam player with high commitment
