As\na Service & Repair Technician I here at Honeywell Industrial Automation,\nyou will play a crucial role in providing service and repair solutions to our\ncustomers. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and\nrepairing industrial automation equipment, ensuring the highest level of\ncustomer satisfaction. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will\ncontribute to the success of our service operations, helping us maintain strong\nrelationships with our valued customers.
You will report directly to our Service & Repair Manager and you'll work\nout of our Pasadena, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our customers'\noperations by delivering timely and effective service and repair solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• \nDiagnose and troubleshoot industrial automation equipment issues
• \nPerform repairs and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal\nperformance
• \nConduct testing and calibration of equipment to meet specifications
• \nProvide technical support and guidance to customers
• \nDocument service and repair activities accurately and timely
