As a Service &\nRepair Technician I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing\ntechnical support and repair services to our customers. You will play a crucial\nrole in ensuring the timely and efficient resolution of customer issues,\nmaintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your expertise in\ntroubleshooting and repairing equipment will be essential in delivering\nexceptional service to our clients. You will report directly to our Service\n& Repair Manager, and you'll work out of our designated service center in\nApodaca, Nuevo Leon. This position requires you to work on-site. In this role,\nyou will impact our organization by: - Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment\nissues - Conducting repairs and maintenance on customer equipment - Providing\ntechnical support to customers via phone or email - Collaborating with cross-functional\nteams to resolve complex issues - Ensuring compliance with safety and quality\nstandards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Diagnose and\ntroubleshoot equipment issues
• Perform repairs and maintenance on customer\nequipment
• Provide technical support to customers via phone or email
•\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
• Ensure\ncompliance with safety and quality standards
•Lead and manage\ninventory planning activities
•Develop and implement\ninventory strategies to optimize stock levels
• Collaborate with\nsuppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Monitor inventory\nperformance and implement corrective actions
• Identify and implement\nprocess improvements to enhance inventory Management
• Minimum\nof 1-2 years of experience in equipment service and repair
• Strong technical\nskills and knowledge of various equipment systems
• Excellent problem-solving\nand troubleshooting abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work\nindependently
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools\n(SAP & Excell).
