The Opportunity 

Join us today as a Service Representative! You will work closely with the Client Executive and Senior Vice President in the Surety and Bonds Unit to ensure top of the line service. Responsible for processing bonds, endorsements and renewals; as well as keeping the financial information of the customers and corresponding payments updated.  You must maintain an aligned approach to customer service and concurrent process improvement. A sense of urgency, attention to detail and to be customer oriented is essential to comply with our service standards. 

A day in the life… 

Responsible for maintaining, organizing, documenting, billing and filing daily physical and digital records.  

Handle assigned renewals efficiently. 

Provide support to clients through email and phone communications. 

Process cancellations, reinstatements, endorsements and new bonds applications. 

Ensure customer financial information is accurate and up to date. 

Follow up with guarantors and clients to ensure timely responses. 

Offer service and guidance to account executives as needed. 

Prepare lists of active bonds. 

Responsible for all collection procedures effectively. 

What you will need for success 

Bachelor’s or associate degree 

Preferred experience with EPIC 

Office 365 

Effective communication skills both English and Spanish
