The Service Sales for Cytiva is responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic, value-driven partnerships with customers and proactively seeking new opportunities to deliver maximum value to customers. The Service Sales for Cytiva is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle of the entire service product portfolio for existing customers. This position is part of the Equipment Service team located in Korea and will be on site role either our facility Seoul or Incheon. What you will do: + Drive the sales of service contracts and aftermarket service solutions + Secure and develop sales activities with strong focus on closing and maintaining of service products sales + Build close relationships with customers and commercial partners and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner + Collaborate within a team and adopt a flexible approach to maintain and enhance service quality + Take ownership of achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets, while managing the sales funnel and forecasting + Forge and sustain effective communication with key stakeholders, including Regional Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, Finance, and Sales teams, throughout the process Who you are: + 2+ years of experience in a professional business environment + Bachelor’s degree + Competent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and be comfortable working with different systems + Excellent communication skills with a flexibility and willingness to work as a team member + Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Language/ Environment Requirements: + Fluent level of English & Korean in written and verbal communications. + Ability to travel abroad upon business needs + Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record within territory or locations It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Sales position / SFDC experience preferred Join our winning team today.
