Reporting to the Service Sales Manager the Service Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with our extensive installed base across a wide range on industries and supporting the wider sales and service teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is based out of our Huntingdon offices and is hybrid.
**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
+ Selling service contracts, customer training & VideojetConnect™ Remote Service (VRS) to existing and prospective customers.
+ Renewing existing service agreements and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
+ Identifying & qualifying new sales opportunities through proactive phone-based engagement with leads generated by external sales teams and marketing campaigns.
+ Managing and progressing opportunities through the sales funnel using CRM tools and regular follow-ups.
+ Supporting customer retention and growth by maintaining strong relationships and understanding customer needs.
+ Providing pre-sales support for opportunities in the pipeline, collaborating with field sales and technical teams.
+ Accurately maintaining CRM records and ensure data integrity for reporting and forecasting
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ Previous experience in B2B internal sales, ideally within a technical or industrial environment.
+ Experience selling service-based solutions or contracts is highly desirable.
+ Confidence in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
+ A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to shared goals.
+ A strong sense of ownership and accountability in delivering excellent customer experiences.
+ Proficient in using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) with a strong focus on data accuracy.
