Service Sales Executive - Cassling
Successful candidates must reside in Omaha, NE or the surrounding area.   As a Service Sales Executive, you'll work to improve business and operating results by generating sales of Cassling services to customers and potential customers for the entire product line.  You'll work as a Trusted Advisor for customers and play a critical part in the consultative sales process. Overall, you'll have a direct impact on company revenue, and ultimately, the delivery of world-class customer service. 
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Work with Account Executive, Sales Management, Service Management, and others in a collaborative team atmosphere to drive product revenues. Develop and disseminate a clear, concise customer-value-based product position. Have a firm grasp on the sales process and how to properly implement various sales strategies at appropriate times with different customers. Call on and consult with (by email, phone and in person) accounts in designated territory, promoting the sale of Cassling's services, and advising them on appropriate needs and problems. Increase service revenues through the sale of service agreements, billable service, parts, and other programs that support equipment sales activities. Understand the quoting process for the Medical Imaging products. Develop and maintain customer relationships, including post sale relations.  Develop a strategy to secure the installed base and convert competitive accounts. Create, with the support of management, a personal and professional development plan and take initiative in its completion. Achieve / exceed assigned market sales quota. Have a firm grasp on the sales process and how to properly implement various sales strategies at appropriate times with different customers. Develop a comprehensive service sales marketing plan that targets the existing and potential customer base. Ensure that renewals and new service agreements are pursued and sold profitably and in a timely manner. Jointly monitor, with the Regional Service Manager, the service status of the installed base i.e., systems under warranty, under agreement, T & M, 3rd party, insurance, in-house, etc. Actively seek out opportunities to secure warranty, T&M, and in-house conversions. Assist in developing creative sales programs and make both verbal and written presentations when required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry technology and competitive service products. Comply with Siemens programs established for Group Purchasing Organizations and Independent Delivery Networks, Group buys, etc. Work with Siemens service marketing to remain aware of national/regional promotions along with new service programs and pricing. Assist in the completion of “Requests for Proposals”, bid specifications, etc. Prepare sales reports and maintain records of individual accounts. Have an appreciation for business-oriented decision making and its role in the sales process. Manage expenses and discounts to improve bottom line. Required to adhere to hospital credentialing requirements including but not limited to annual immunizations, drug screening, background checks, etc. as dictated by sited Joint Commission policy. Required to remain drug free and abide by the Drug Free Workplace policy.

What We’re Looking for in a Candidate Education:  BA/BS degree or AS degree, with technical experience preferred.            Experience:  Two to five years experience in capital imaging equipment sales or services sales. Required participation in on-the-job training with other sales personnel, including attendance in any appropriate service / sales training schools. Good oral, presentation, and written communication skills. Must communicate well with all levels of the organization. Must be able to adapt quickly and positively to change and to thrive in a rapidly evolving work environment. Able to routinely utilize independent judgment in performing job responsibilities. Able and willing to work in a minimally structured and loosely supervised work environment.
