Service Sales Executive

London Dartford or Andover based. Covering the South terroritory

Role Overview

Liftec Express is growing and we are recruiting a Service Sales Executive to cover London and the South.

The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on winning new maintenance contracts, with additional responsibility for selling incremental repair projects.

On a typical day you will:

Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customersServe as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiriesDevelop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tendersDevelop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targetsUse Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales resultsConduct sales negotiations and close dealsCollaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues

What you will need to be successful 

You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, and 3 years of prior work experienceYou have initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation.You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skillsYou are characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability.You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization
