As a Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of direct reports, overseeing their performance, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. You will report into the Vice President, Customer Enablement and your role will be pivotal in delivering growth through service contract renewals, contract additions, and other aftermarket products.

Location: Hybrid remote to Shelton, CT


Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales targets and other KPIs including renewal rates, new unit additions, and warranty conversions for a $100 million businessPartner with the broader service team to expand the contract base by adding new contracts with 20% of time devoted to new businessSet team direction and create action plans to deliver resultsForecast sales results, track leading KPIs, and lead funnel management processAnalyze areas for improvement and guide the business in change managementWork closely with leadership to develop growth strategies for assigned territoryCoach and manage performance of 13 inside sales representativesDevelop and maintain key customer relationships to drive growth opportunities by 10%+Develop training plans to drive better product knowledge, cross functional collaboration, and customer engagement

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience in Business to Business sales2+ years of management experience in a growth driven sales teamEffective time management and organizationStrong communication skillsAbility to travel to Shelton, CT headquarters when requested

Preferred Characteristics

Bachelor's degreeRelevant experience in the analytical instruments & consumables industryAbility to develop trusted customer partnerships for account growthLeadership experience in sales or field service

The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $89,000 to $120,000. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
