This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Sales. This position specializes in identifying, qualifying and closing new preventative maintenance business opportunities. (HVAC Maintenance Service Contracts) **Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:** + Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities in company coverage area + Follow up on sales/project leads + Establish long-term, on-going relationships with clients + Increase presence in existing accounts + Meeting established revenue and profit goals as defined in the Service Sales Commission Plan + Prepare and present client proposals + Utilize job site walks to acquire HVAC unit information for qualified opportunity + Representative will maintain existing and cultivate new relationships both externally and internally through professional behavior **Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:** + Strong presentation, oral and written communication, organization and time management skills + Experience with COINS ERP or Related ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning is a Plus + Experience as a Service Sales Representative a plus + Proficient on MS Office Suite + Self-motivated and results oriented + Able to work in a fast-paced environment + Creative use of skills and resources to get the job done + Love the thrill of the “Sales Process” + Attention to Detail + Be able to multi-task + Ability to problem solve + Team Player + Flexible **Benefits:** Air Systems, Inc. is and EMCOR company and offers a full benefit package including: + Medical, dental, vision, and prescription + 401k with company match + Paid holidays + Educational assistance + Salary based on experience and qualifications. + Compensation of **$** **80,000 - $100,000** **Air Systems, Inc.
