Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCreating, planning and implementing service sales strategy and business development initiatives, in alignment with global service strategy.•\tDevelops and drives sales opportunities to meet and exceed budget expectations and strategic objectives•\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Identify customer needs and competitor offers through market analysis, ensuring efficient marketing actions and communications demonstrate the value proposition of service.•\tLiving ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Qualifications for the role\tBachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering from an accredited institution. \tMinimum 5 years experiences in service business development, account management and cross-selling across solution and product categories.\tKnowledge in Mechanical device, Modular Skid, Instrument and Valve, Electrical, Automation and Digitalization.\tWorking experience in the field of Lubricants & grease, Paints&coatings, Pulp & paper Chemicals and specialty chemicals (adhesives etc.) is preferred.\tUnderstanding of contract negotiation, framework agreement development and risk management.\tStrong reasoning ability, high level of energy, strong initiative, reliability, perseverance, and stability. \tGood English ability in written and oral
