Service Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Service business in Zagreb with the possibility to consider flexible locations.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tSelling products, systems, and services to customers, achieving business targets for the assigned service business.•\tEstablishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promote the full product, systems, and services offering, and align to provide solutions. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.•\tPreparing sales plans using company tools, performing regular status reviews, and proposing recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls.•\tCreating added value for customers and ABB, ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques. Communicating details in accordance with ABB's offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).•\tEnsuring efficient marketing activities and value propositions to customers.•\tIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities, including digital sales opportunities, and promoting digital solutions to customers.•\tManaging administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting collection and project management activities when needed.•\tPreparing offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager, ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleYou hold and Electrical Engineering Degree You have at least 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing Strong sales competency like digital capability & knowhow, should have experience and knowledge of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage systems and solutions Knowledge of MS Office tools, Salesforce and SAP is an advantage Skills like strong learning ability, customer orientation, good sense of responsibility and personal integrity are required You hold current driving license valid in Croatia to be able to travel to costumers Fluency in English and Croatian languages both written and spoken
