Your role and responsibilitiesABB Motion keeps the world turning, while saving energy every day. We help them optimize energy efficiency, improve safety and reliability, and achieve precise control.We are looking for a motor and generator service sales specialist at ABB AS, Motion Service Division. The preferred base for this position is Bergen, but you could also operate from Skien. You will be selling machines service products to selected Norwegian industrial customers. The focus is on installed base penetration and to sell the entire Service product portfolio in collaboration with other ABB service units. Build long term customer relationships and ensure immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.Your responsibilities • Proactive sales of defined service products such as replacements, maintenance and condition monitoring • Actively maintaining customer relationships • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities • Sales planning and execution • Project planning and execution • Technical advisor
Qualifications for the roleB.Sc. in electrical or mechanical engineering, or in the absence of formal education, relevant experience in sales and/or machines service. Several years of experience in sales, including negotiation skills and contract techniquesExcellent cooperation and team-working skills A systematic, result-oriented and independent attitude to work Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Norwegian and English Willingness to travel A few years’ experience with motors and generator service Demonstrated proof of proactive sales work and business development
