We’re looking for a Service Scheduler. This role will be based in our Portlaoise depot.

What you’ll do:
Plan, schedule and direct labour workshop activities including preparing equipment for a job, booking out and in equipment inspecting and preparing equipment post contract termination, repairs, shop based preventative maintenance, retrofits, workshop housekeeping & other workshop related activities (e.g. inventory counts).
Utilize our new system and technologies to efficiently plan, co-ordinate and dispatch Technicians based on work activity type, customer site locations and access limitations, Technician skill set, current job status and their location.
Optimize the scheduling of technician resources to meet business priorities and deliver technician productivity to set KPIs.
Liaise with Service Planning team management, Logistics & Fleet team, Service Centre Managers and Depot Team Leaders to ensure scheduling requirements are met. Identify where work demands exceed labour availability and takes the appropriate action based on collaborative discussions.
Use Views/reports/dashboards/task lists in Salesforce/FSL system to plan & schedule Aggreko technicians work on customer sites
Delivery of planning to ensure on-time preventative maintenance is carried out
Liaise with service teams and customers to book in work for maintenance, proactive tech support & failures
Book in/organise any relevant inductions required (site specific)
Attend emergency hire calls as & when needed to represent Field Labour Planning
Organise relevant labour for any installation & Decommission work requiring an Aggreko Technician
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Experience working in a fast-paced reactive environment with
Strong planning and administrative experience
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own work
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
Attention to detail and deadlines
Computer literate and knowledge of Systems- preferably with experience of MS Office and Salesforce.
