As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, perform repairs and maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our designated customer sites in the area. This role requires a combination of on-site and remote work, depending on customer needs.
In this role, you will impact the success of our customers by ensuring the reliable operation of their equipment and systems. You will also contribute to the growth of our business by identifying opportunities for service contract renewals and upselling additional services.

YOU MUST HAVE
\n\nCollege Diploma or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in field service engineering or a related role\nStrong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with industry standard communication protocols (IP, BACnet, Modbus, OPC, SNMP, API)\nValid Driver’s license is required due to the travel requirements of this role, which includes visiting customer sites approximately 80% to 90% of the time.\"\n\n\n
