Minimum required Education:
High School Diploma, Vocational Education.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Service Parts Administration, Service Processes, Customer Service, Supply Chain or equivalent.

As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the planning process you are responsible for creating plans for long-term maintenance (preventive)/ short term fixes for installed medical products for Polish market. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer’s needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Your role:
Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligationsReceiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching Service Work Orders including parts and assigning proper Field Service EngineersCommunicating and confirming with the customer the maintenance plans based on contracts and maintenance requirementsReceiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requestsDeveloping and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service ProvidersAs a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist you are responsible for taking care of Service Work Orders on Polish market. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer’s needs.
