Service Specialist
Job Title: Service SpecialistJob Description Interact with customers, suppliers, and sales force concerning orders and shipments in accordance with the Company's objectives. Devote full time to the business and affairs of the company, and use your best efforts to perform faithfully and efficiently the responsibilities assigned to you. Provide friendly, high-quality customer service to all customers through effective management of responsibilities assigned to you. This includes receiving, investigating, and responding to all customer and sales staff inquiries regarding orders, status of shipments, product information, availability of inventory, complaints, and custom stocking programs. Hard Skills + Predictable and dependable attendance + Maintain Quality Customer Service in accordance with Company Core Values + Timely, accurate processing of sales orders + Analyze Key Customer Inventory, Blue Folder, and Sales Reports + Manage freight consolidation efforts + Issue proper paperwork for Returns and Credit/Debit Memos + Document all customer complaints regarding products or services Soft Skills + Serve as a customer advocate within the company + Adhere to the 2 hour call back policy + Proactively plan, organize, and execute external reports + Provide backup to other Customer Service Team Members as needed + Become familiar with all products Job Type This is a permanent position. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Clarkston, Michigan. Work Environment ONSITE HOURS 8AM- 5PM WITH AN HOUR LUNCH BREAK. At our company, we are real people providing real solutions.
