For our GBS H2R team, we are looking for a Service Specialist to help us drive HR operations within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.
You'll make an impact by
Converting government policy and HR strategy into effective Personnel administration activities. Liaising with local vendors and monitoring vendor admin processes including regulation updates. Supporting GBS H2R central function for daily operation processes. Handling overall personnel administration for JVAC in charge. Working with internal teams such as GBS H2R service colleagues, local HR Team (incl. HRM/ HRBP), other local teams like IT, Finance, and employees. Coordinating with external service providers like FESCO, commercial insurance vendors, and government organizations. Guaranteeing high-quality and timely personnel administrative work with local and other HR/H2R service teams. Managing integration processes including local/ELC new hires, transfers, terminations, contract extensions, and contract signing. Handling social insurance and housing fund. Providing daily employee services such as certificates and H2R service query handling. Managing attendance operations. Handling payroll-related responsibilities including data collection, salary report checking, and payment support. Managing the filing room, creating file folders for new hires, and collecting and checking files from HR. Supporting HR/H2R service-related projects. Coordinating other H2R activities in the region.Your defining qualities
Proficient in MS Office applications including intranet/internet and HR-related applications. Understanding of organizational culture/structure and work experience in a major international company. Knowledge of location-specific HR-related regulations. Knowledge of country-specific HR (Shared services). Bachelor's degree or above, CET-4. 2-5 years of HR-related operation working experience.
