What the day will look like Receive and answer queries from clients regarding bonds Follow up pending bond request and requirements from insurer and client respectively. Technical advisor for contract review on bonds Monitor SLA/TAT with internal clients, clients and insurers Answer queries from account management team Support business development team on the placement of bonds for new clients Sending of Invoices to client Follow up of payments including CWT from clients Validation of payments Updating of billing/payment monitoring Coordinate payments with insurers Close coordination with payment operations (OP) for unreconciled payments Submission of reports and prepare presentation as assigned Conduct Orientation/walkthrough with client on bonds processes on as per request basis Handle escalations Others: Assist on market security How this opportunity is different We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Service Specialist - Bonds at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. The role is responsible for answering queries regarding bonds and assist new client in the placement until issuance. It involves reviewing and discussing requirements with client, monitoring of log sheet and constant coordination with account management regarding issuance process for accounts under open market.
