What the day will look like Monitoring of attendees from insurers during roadshows Generation of Market Monitoring Sheet (If needed) for roadshows. Review copy of the Invoicing Requirements, Premium Computation, and other relevant information on invoicing. Request and follow-up of invoices from the insurance company Monitor receipt of insurer invoices and conduct initial review of the accuracy of the invoices. Coordinate with Specialty Broking team in case of any deviations or errors on the said invoice. Coordinate with Insurers for correction (if any) or secure go-ahead from SB to send out the final invoices to the Account Management Team (AM) Request issuance of COI or Cover Note to the markets involved. Monitor receipt of insurer COIs/Cover Notes and conduct initial review of the accuracy of the documents. Coordinate with SB for any errors or deviations. Coordinate with Insurers for correction (if any) or secure go-ahead from SB to route the COI/Cover Note to the rest of the insurers. Review of policy check list and a copy of the Signed Slips or other documents needed for the checking. Coordinate with SB for any errors or deviations. Monitor routing of policy to panel insurers Sending of completely signed policy to Account Management Team. Develop and maintain a filing system and saving documents to common folder. Submit timely reports and prepare presentation as assigned. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or other related field Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Has working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing Has background in administrative activities such as encoding, and monitoring- of release of invoices from insurers Strong organizational skills with problem solving attitude Has good attention to details With good time management skills specially on delivering reports and answering client's concerns within the agreed timeline Demonstrates willingness to learn new ideas Very professional and has good work ethics With experience in handling monitoring of collections, receivables and reconciliation activities Organize and good in monitoring timeline How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
