Service Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position$54,080.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:45am to 04:30pm)Responsible to work on and coordinate new installs and Special Services projects (chlorination, freezes, water sampling, etc.).Response to all emergencies and customer service calls in a timely manner (customer complaints, request, etc.) via email, by phone and/or in-person.Daily supervision, training and direction to all route service personnel.Service Supervisor Qualifications:
2-year Management degreeMinimum of 3-5 years Supervisory experience in Plumbing or Mechanical Field.Must have expert mechanical and/or plumbing troubleshooting skills.Ability to learn new products and train others.Solid computer skills, including MS Office having the ability to create and run reports.Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
