Group Summary
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

About the Role
This position reports directly to the AGM and is responsible for the general and specific job duties as described below:
Your Responsibilities Train team leaders and team members in developing teamwork skills and team-oriented activities in a positive working environment. Update ADP attendance, Workday Corrective Actions, and ensure that all performance reviews are completed in a timely manner. Coordinate staffing needs and ensure that all personnel issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Communicate PNW2 Demand, Special Orders, and Rescheduling with Customer Responsible for ordering Packaging and Foam to support Service Area Coordinate with Assembly for on time delivery Who we are looking for Knowledge of OSHA industry health and safety regulations. Operational knowledge of management information systems, use of personal computers and application software. Your preferred qualifications Associates Degree in business or technical area. Five years’ work related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Work experience combined with current schooling towards degree will be considered. Manufacturing supervision experience in a high volume, dynamic environment. Demonstrated organizational, communication, problem solving and people skills.
