MAU is hiring a Service Supervisor for our client in Piedmont, SC. As a Service Supervisor, you will lead efforts to build teamwork skills, manage staffing and performance reviews, oversee attendance and corrective actions, coordinate customer demands and materials ordering, and ensure seamless collaboration with the Assembly team for timely deliveries. This is a direct-hire opportunity.
Benefits Package Company-paid holidays 401(k) program and matching Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Flex Spending Life & Disability plans Shift Information B Shift – 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM Education and Experience Associate’s degree in a business or technical field preferred; five years of relevant work experience may substitute for the degree Current enrollment in a degree program combined with relevant work experience will also be considered Proven experience in manufacturing supervision within a high-volume, fast-paced environment General Requirements Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with OSHA industry health and safety regulations Proficient in management information systems, personal computers, and application software Essential Functions Train team leaders and team members to build teamwork skills and foster team-oriented activities within a positive work environment Manage ADP attendance, oversee Workday corrective actions, and ensure timely completion of all performance reviews Coordinate staffing needs and promptly address personnel matters Communicate customer demand, special orders, and rescheduling requirements effectively with the PNW2 team Oversee ordering of packaging and foam materials to support the service area efficiently Collaborate with the Assembly team to ensure on-time deliveries
