Job Description

We have an opportunity available within our service department at our Brisbane branch, QLD for an experienced External Service Supervisor who can plan, coordinate and control the activities of the Service team to maintain Customer Satisfaction and meet the organisational and operational targets. This role will suit a team player who enjoys working in a busy and fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

Position Tasks:

Ensuring all HSE procedures are followed, and all incidents are reported accordingly.Quote, Coordinate & Oversee all Field Service activitiesService Sales (drive existing strategies, visit customers, sell service products like maintenance contracts etc.)Ensure Target for Turnover is achieved within your teamQuality (Lead time, NCR, customer feedback, Quality action list, Calibration, testing and tagging, certification, tool listings, etc.)Ensure Employee Training (competence management) is up to dateSupervise employees, contractors and visitors as required from HSE and Quality perspectiveAble to travel as needed and support team members on site at times

Qualifications

Requirements:

Australian Permanent Resident or Australian CitizenMechanical Trade certificate with minimum 5 years post-trade experienceAble to demonstrate a high-level technical knowledge of major hydraulic componentsPrevious experience in hydraulic component repairExcellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skillsEffective teamwork skills and attention to detailSome MS Office skills required
