Main Responsibilities & Tasks: + Create standard certificates and issue. + Telephone operation from customer and dealer + Customer management for field service + Quotation + Communication with internal and external customer + dispatch and schedule management in the future Qualifications & Skills: Minimum requirements + 2-3 years’ experience as Sales support or Service support job + PC skill (MS office, Excel, Word, PPT) + Native-level Japanese with strong overall communication skills + Strong team player + Strong aspirations for self-growth in a global company + Intermediate-level or above spoken and written English + Age 25-40 Ideal requirements (additional to above requirement) + Strong multi-tasking skills + Experience of service support in a global (non-Japanese) company + Experience of SAP (ERP) operation + Age under 35 About Sartorius Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
