Position: Service Support Manager

Location: Oxford, John Radcliffe Hospital

Role: Full Time, 40 hours, Monday to Friday

 

Mitie are recruiting for a motivated Service Support Manager to join their team in Oxford at the John Radcliffe Hospital.

 

You will be responsible build relationships and rapport with contract clients, complete audit inspections and review performance of delivery against the Service Level Agreement and Cleaning Specification.

 

Role Responsibilities:

You will manage and implement employee wages daily, Deliver adequate Health & Safety compliance, Follow the clients statutory Fire and Safety regulations to mitigate potential risks,  Manage and ensure excellent service delivery to various client contracts Ensure all compliance and company policy & procedures in relation to HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting, and Contract Compliance are followed.

 

What we are looking for:

Excellent management skills, Strong organisation and time management abilities, Great customer service skills to liaise with clients effectively, A flexible and adaptable approach to workload, ensuring client expectations are met, Previous management experience in managing soft services/cleaning within facilities management, Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, A Health and Safety IOSH qualification is also desirable.
