National Service Manager will lead the service team in Europe; expand services provided to end users of Rain Bird Golf and Commercial produces, including service contracts, new and refurbished parts, on-site services, and training by working directly with Sales Managers. Deliver services at the highest levels to our customers by ensuring the service team is properly prepared, external/internal customer sentiment is accurately measured, and key processes are developed and followed.

Responsibilities Manage a team of Service Engineers/Technicians and Authorized Service Providers performing call-center and on-site troubleshooting activitiesIntroduce innovative new services that meet the needs of consultants, contractors, distributors and end usersEnsure customer satisfaction is measured accurately and consistently, and take appropriate actions to improve the customer experienceLead the development of standardized processes in all service areas, and ensure adoptionWork with peer service managers to develop key metrics, and drive standardizationDevelop channel partners to deliver a growing range of Rain Bird branded servicesPromote and market services through our existing, and potentially new, channelsDevelop pricing strategies and monitor adoption and effectivenessMonitor customer trends to ensure services are developed with customers’ future requirements are considered Qualifications B.S. Degree in Engineering, Science, or BusinessExperience managing teams providing services to end user customersExperience successfully driving P&L10+ years of experience in a service or engineering environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Thorough knowledge of Rain Bird Central Control products.MBAExperience implementing Quality Management SystemsBilingual/multilingual( french, spanish, english)
