The Role\: Service Support Representative
We are currently seeking a Service Fleet Vehicle Support Representative, to join our Field Services Support team.
What will you do?
· Reports to the Field Services Support Manager.
· Review incoming requests related to vehicle service, fuel cards, insurance cards, toll transponders, repairs, registrations, and other routine requests.
· When needed, seek clarification of any service requests from the appropriate party (vehicle driver, manager of a vehicle driver or other authorized program participant)
· Perform regular tracking of requests to confirm committed schedules are maintained.
· Elevate non-standard requests to the manager or leader for further review.
· Keep key stakeholders updated regarding the status of their requests.
· Perform required data entry of key information into the related vehicle management software systems.
· Handle actions and reporting for vehicle regulatory compliance and safety programs.
· Assist with data collection and reporting.
· Provide periodic reporting and basic analysis of established key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Contact vehicle drivers and managers when vehicle maintenance is not performed.
· Contact vehicle drivers and managers to resolve vehicle registration issues.
