Your role and responsibilities

Now we are looking for a talent to strengthen the Marine and Ports department within EUOPC. As Service and Commissioning Team Leader you will join a dynamic and growing area! Job responsibilities: •\tManaging and development of the Service & Commissioning team (up to 20 people) •\tCoordination of man up on service and commissioning projects •\tSupport new collaboration build-up strategy for whole BL •\tPeople management - motivation, development, trainings, health and safety •\tArrange seminars, experience sharing sessions, internal discussions •\tDirect contact with internal customers •\tRecruitment, evaluations of employees

Qualifications for the role

We require from you: \tMarine background and orientation in shipbuilding\tUniversity Degree (Diploma or MSc in Electrical Engineering or similar) \tExperience in similar role or longer experience as Senior/Lead Commissioning Engineer \tOpen minded person with strong leadership skills \tAdvanced English
