MISSION:

Supervise and guarantee compliance with the service level in the different service centers, complying with the safety rules and SOS service line standards.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

Manages the smooth and efficient operation of service to achieve the departmental goals and KPIs. Manages and ensures the training of the service personnel.Coaches and develops the service personnel.Regularly conducts performance evaluations.  Oversees dispatch units for local service and supervise all shipping and receiving operations. Performs sales duties.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManages the service operations and supervise staff efficiently.Ensures timely training is provided for new and existing staff on product, pressing, rubber liner installation, urethane fill, customer service, company policies and procedures including safety and annual compliance training.Conducts regular progression evaluations and Frequent Feedbacks.Adheres to and enforce company policies and procedures.Ensures that the company standards for customer service are met at all times (courteous and efficient service).Ensures that all equipment and tools for service are in working condition at all times by:scheduling regular preventive maintenance for all equipment,arranging for repairs to all equipment and tools as the need arises,having all equipment and tools accounted for at all times.Purchases parts, shop supplies and equipment ensuring all expenses are within company standards.Ensures that Sales Orders and Stock Transfers are accurate and timely.Facilitates Supplier/Customer returns.Ensures that all trucks and facilities are organized, clean, safe, and well maintained at all times.Manages Inventory Cycle Count.Reports any discrepancies noted in the inventory.Ensures that scrap and all other waste material is disposed of in an appropriate manner.Ensures all reporting is completed in a timely manner (i.e., safety, personnel, pay, service, cost, etc.)Encourages open communication; promote participatory problem solving and teamwork among staff.Monitors monthly statistics on service calls and take appropriate action.Contributes to Management of the Company:Ensure all service orders are fulfilled based on current targets,Ensure that all service orders are fulfilled in accordance with standards of quality,Ensure that service personnel maintain standards of safety and customer service,Ensure that service complaints are investigated and resolved to customer satisfaction.Effectively manages security of assets and personnel in area of responsibility.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
