Job Description

The Service Technician plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and technical expertise to clients. This position is perfect for individuals looking to use their technical skills, engage with customers, and grow within a dynamic environment. The technician will be responsible for servicing buildings in the field efficiently and professionally.

ResponsibilitiesConduct service calls related to HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry within the branch territory.Explain repairs and services to customers courteously, both over the phone and in person.Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to client safety standards on-site.Essential SkillsProficiency in HVAC systems, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical maintenance on construction trailers.Experience in repairing window leaks, floor repairs, replacing refrigerants, windows, and doors.Skills in carpentry, plumbing, carpet installation, electrical work, tiling, painting, and power washing.Additional Skills & QualificationsEPA certification is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role involves working outside in various weather conditions and throughout different trailers in the yard. Safety consciousness is imperative. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Technicians will drive to the Summerville location and then travel in a company van.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SUMMERVILLE, South Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
