This employee performs Enteral patient setups and completes all other tasks assigned/related to the functionality of the center.   JOB FUNCTIONS Drives to admit, deliver, and pick up such items as enteral formula, feeding pump(s), IV poles, related feeding supplies at patients' home and/or facility Cleans rental equipment when returned to the center, in accordance with policies and procedures Maintains cleanliness and organization of warehouse/storage area Manages enteral inventory Obtains all necessary paperwork to ensure we have clean billable revenue that meets all compliance guidelines Works directly with customer service team, registered dietitians, and warehouse staff Works directly with patients, case managers, nurses, and other hospital staff for setups Follows applicable policies and procedures of the company, including those in the Safety & Regulatory Manual, including but not limited to General Safety, OSHA, and Emergency Planning Represents the company through professional personal appearance, patient care activities May serve as a backup to other employees for vacation, illness, or other periods of absenteeism
