**What you’ll do:**
+ 负责中国区UPS、MDC、储能、电力模块等产品的技术支持管理工作;
+ 负责技术支持团队管理,提升现场服务质量和客户体验
+ 负责提升服务执行团队的整体技术水平,重大事件的升级管理与项目管理
+ 负责解决现场重大事件和疑难问题,提供分析报告和解决方案
+ 负责服务部门与品质,研发的技术对接窗口,反馈客户端的产品问题和客户需求,协助持续改进和提升产品竞争力
**Qualifications:**
+ 本科及以上学历,电力电子、电气自动化等相关专业;
+ 10年以上UPS技术支持经验,3年以上团队管理经验;
+ 有UPS、开关电源、变频器等电源类产品开发工作经验优先;
+ 具备优秀的沟通、协调能力和文档编辑能力;
+ 熟悉各种数据中心相关的标准和规范,如GB-50174、TIA-942等;
+ 英语六级,熟练应用英语进行书写和交流
