In this hands-on role, you’ll be the go-to expert for preventive maintenance, urgent service requests, and system repairs, all while ensuring a top-tier customer experience. **What You’ll Do:** + Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. + Diagnose issues, complete work orders, and conduct inspections to support smooth client operations. + Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide on-call support as required. + Maintain facilities by handling building repairs and grounds maintenance. + Complete service reports and communicate key updates to management. + Foster strong client relationships by delivering outstanding service. + Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, codes, and applicable laws. + Participate in training and stay current with industry practices and equipment. **Essential Skills** + HVAC certification/313A license or Red Seal preferred. + Gas Technician 1 (G1) license required. + 10 years of work experience in a relevant field, such as HVAC technician/facilities services. + Valid driver's license. + Proven experience with customer service in technician work, including electrical, pneumatics, and construction. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School diploma or a GED equivalent qualification. + HVAC Certificate of Qualification required. + Interprovincial/Red Seal Certification is an asset. + Gasfitter I or provincial equivalent. + Must meet security clearance requirements. + Tools required for work scope will be provided. + On-call duties and overtime as required. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive salary package and a comprehensive benefits plan that includes an RRSP match program.
