What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair vehicles with speed, accuracy, and confidence.

Road-test every job — because “almost right” isn’t good enough.

Keep detailed records that reflect your expertise.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and top-tier tools.

Stay ahead with ongoing training and certifications.

What You Bring

Manufacturer certifications + at least 1 ASE (Master Tech? Even better).

Proven skills in engine, brake, suspension, and A/C systems.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced shop.

Strong customer pay proficiency — 100%+ is your baseline.

A mindset of urgency, discipline, and pride.
