JOB PURPOSE

Provide product bench analysis/diagnosis, repairs, and calibrations in support of Sales efforts.

CORE JOB DUTIES

Troubleshooting/repairing/calibration of products.  Proper documentation of repairs.  Customer interaction regarding repairs.

Installs/set up new equipment.  Supports Sales.  Provides basic customer service via phone/in-person.  Assists in Warehouse as needed.  Performs other duties as required.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

High School Degree and Knowledge of tools

Knowledge, Skills & AttributesExcellent customer service skillsSmall Electrical repair and diagnostics expAbility to read and interpret parts manualsWorking knowledge of basic test equipment, meters, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, etc.General working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.Good mechanical aptitude.Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Physical Requirements

Able to lift 50 lbs.
