ResponsibilitiesYou will be carrying out maintenance and repair work on technical equipment and systems. You will oversee regular inspections and checks of technical equipment to ensure functionality. You will be eliminating faults and malfunctions in your specialised area (e.g. electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or plumbing).
This role support with the installation and commissioning of new technical systems in your area of expertise and documentation of the work carried out and maintenance of the maintenance logs. It is essential that you collaboration with the facility management team to optimise operational processes and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also support in the coordination of external service providers and subcontractors in your area of expertise. Responsibilities include, but are not limited:

Minimum Requirements include:
Completed training in a technical profession (e.g. electrician, plant mechanic, mechatronics engineer) with specialisation in one of the above-mentioned fieldsProfessional experience in the technical field, ideally in facility managementSound knowledge in your specific field (e.g. electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or plumbing)Reliability and independent working styleAbility to work in a team and strong communication skillsWillingness to undergo continuous training and adapt to new technologiesBasic knowledge of the common MS Office applications Flexibility and readiness for occasional emergency service assignmentsCustomer-orientated thinking and acting Closing
