Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced male or female to join our team as a Field Service Technician. The ultimate goal is to drive a successful service that improves customer satisfaction, increases retention and brings in opportunities. Duties and Responsibilities :

Providing regular customer support, On-site and remotely, for installation, training, troubleshooting & preventive maintenance on a daily basisResponsible for providing consultations for product knowledge as well as its solutions valueRegular internal alignments with local and overseas teams such as SME, Commercial, Development, and other team Build & maintain good relationships and trust within the internal team as well as external customersProvide evaluation visit, close monitoring for pilot projects, and guide customer through development stagesBecome eyes & ears for the company, feedback insights for any threats and opportunities to related teamRegular reporting and analysis for support and product improvementProvide support for internal print testing & machine checking.Support ad-hoc projectsOccasional travelling to remote locations and overseas when required

QualificationsBachelor degree in Industrial Technology/Mechanical/Electronics/IT or related.Welcoming Entry level and experienced Field Service Technical within apparel industries, label printings, heat transfers and automated machineriesData analysis capabilities Knowledges on Automation PLC, RFID and IoT devicesFluent in English both verbal and writtenExperience with diagnostic tools applications & softwareStrong interpersonal skills with Lean sigma mindsetSelf-Discipline Computer & applications literateWork flexible and adapt to changing work environment
