Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tProvide technical support and resolve customer technical issues•\tProvide on-site customer training and provide installation and consulting services as needed•\tBe responsible for active knowledge of ABB products in the field•\tProvide implementation, installation, contract recovery, repairs and service interventions•\tProvide service and service support•\tEnsure communication with customers and suppliers in Slovak and English•\tProvide supporting documents for invoicing•\tParticipate in the implementation and testing of new technologies•\tCollaborate in the creation of the development plan•\tTo be responsible for compliance with applicable legal and technical regulations and internal regulations related to work activities•\tBe responsible for strict compliance with all health, safety and fire regulations

Qualifications for the role

\tPrevious experience in servicing LV electrical equipment min. 2 years\t§ 22- Independent electrician\tEnglish language at a communicative level\tIndependence, reliability\tGood communication skills, ability to work in a team\tWillingness to learn new things in the field of ABB product portfolio\tFlexibility and willingness to travel\tWillingness to work overtime and on-call when required
